Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of CMG Clean ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our cleaning services.
Services Description
CMG Clean provides commercial and residential cleaning services throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Deep cleaning services
- Post-construction cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Fogging and disinfection
- Carpet cleaning
- Floor waxing
- Specialized industry cleaning services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Service Agreements and Quotes
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Actual scope of work required
- Condition of the premises
- Additional services requested
- Accessibility and scheduling requirements
A formal service agreement will be provided before work commences, outlining the specific services, pricing, and terms.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment is due as specified in your service agreement
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments
Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the premises and cleaning requirements
- Ensuring safe and accessible entry to the premises
- Removing or securing valuable items before service
- Notifying us of any special requirements, hazards, or restrictions
- Providing necessary access codes, keys, or security information
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies:
- Regular service cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice
- One-time service cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control
Limitation of Liability
CMG Clean is fully licensed and insured. However, our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed to us before service
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
- We are not responsible for items left in areas to be cleaned
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Insurance and Bonding
CMG Clean maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and is bonded. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request. All our cleaning staff are background-checked and trained.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge
- If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will provide a refund for the unsatisfactory portion of the service
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CMG Clean and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or local regulations, rules, or laws
- To transmit any viruses or malicious code
- To infringe upon the rights of others
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
